1. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with law, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. This applies to purchases made online in Poland.

2. Return Conditions

To return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

The product must be undamaged, unused, and undamaged, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Returns do not apply to products that were custom-made for the customer, or to sealed products that, once opened, are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, etc.).

3. Return Process

To process a return, please follow these steps:

We will respond with a returns form and instructions on how to proceed. Please return the returned product to the address we will send you via email.

4. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product is faulty or does not match the order.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it. Your refund will be processed to the account from which payment was made within 14 business days of receipt.
